Cllr Stephen Hendry (Osborne)

Stephen Hendry is the IW Councillor for Osborne, elected in 2019 after a by election, and re-elected in May 2021.

Stephen lives in East Cowes with his wife and two children. He has been an Isle of Wight Councillor for the past 6 years representing the Osborne ward. He is the longest sitting Councillor on East Cowes Town Council a position he has held for the last 12 years. He is a Governor at Queensgate Foundation Primary School and former Chair of Governors at Holy Cross Catholic Primary School. Previously he was president of the East Cowes Sea Scouts. Professionally he is a Technical Director at a software company. When he is not serving the community working he enjoys watching his children play football and taking his dog for a walk along East Cowes seafront or through the grounds of Osborne house.
